Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

 

• Research & develop with main emphasis on food phosphates 


• Design & conduct research that supports Companie’s business objectives 


• Develop expertise in testing methodology critical to phosphate salts 


• Translate product functionality, characteristics & chemistry, including synthesis as it relates to new product development and application opportunities 


• Work with manufacturing for new product development including product trials and scale up 


•   Lend  technical support for customer focused projects & help to resolve product quality issues. 


• Work closely communicating technical information with other divisions & teams in company.


• Document with written reports and technical presentations

Provide training to Sales Reps, distributors, other employees, etc as needed

Experience/Skills Required:

• PhD in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field


• Experience in inorganic synthesis and characterization


• Excellent analytical and laboratory skills


• Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific methods


• Excellent presentation skills, and written and oral communication skills- good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions


• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and creative skills

Demonstrated ability to work and contribute to a team setting
